Shipping

There are currently two shipping providers available. They are Australia Post and Sendle.

At checkout you will be able to decide which carrier you want to use and the shipping cost will be automatically calculated for you.

 

     Australia Post.  

  • If you choose this carrier you will be offered a choice of Standard Parcel Post or Express Post for destinations within Australia and International Air for international destinations. All methods come with tracking as standard.    
  • While in most cases we are able to ship the next day, and sometimes on the same day, changes to the Aus Post collection times have changed such that orders are often not processed until the day after we have shipped. 

 

     Sendle.

  • Sendle is very competitive on pricing. In many cases it may be the cheapest option. It also comes with tracking as standard.
  • However, it is worth knowing that while Sendle will collect the orders directly from us, they do not pick up until the day after the booking has been created. Collections booked on Friday will not be collected until the following Monday.
  • Another item worth knowing is that if you use this carrier you automatically give them Authority to leave, (ATL) but you can leave instructions for the driver.

 

Shipping Errors.

If you have chosen Australia Post during the checkout process and you get an error message like ' We cannot ship to this location' it will most likely mean the order cannot be shipped to any location due to it being longer than the Australia Post maximum allowable length. In that case try Sendle instead, who do handle longer items. This will probably only happen with certain (long) kits. If you find that you are unable to select any carrier then we have probably made an error and would appreciate knowing about it.

 

Places we don't ship to.

  • Please note : We are no longer able to ship to Spain.

 


 

Returns Policy 

If you want to return an item you must contact us first. You may return most new, unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. If the item was damaged and is not fit for use we will also refund to you the cost of the return postage you paid. In some cases, and with your consent, we may arrange for the item to be collected from you.

We will most often process your refund within a few days of us receiving the returned item. However, it may take longer for your payment gateway provider to process the refund.
