Enya NVA Guide

Enya Needle Valve Assembly (NVA) Identification Guide

You can use this guide to help determine if one of the Enya NVA's will be suitable for use in your engine.

How to use this guide

1 - Start by identifying the Enya NVA part number and engine size.

(Engine sizes are shown in Blue at the top of the table underneath the part number)

2 - Find the 'Fuel Hole' size which is the closest match to your engine size.

3 - Check the 'Spray Bar Diameter'.

You may need to make a bigger hole in the crankcase.

4 - Check the 'Spray Bar Length'.

The distance from the nipple on one side to the start of the thread on the other side. (ie. the smooth part) should be slightly shorter than the outside width of the venturi mount or the retaining nut won't tighten it into place.

5 - Check the 'Fuel Hole Offset'.

The fuel hole should will be roughly in the centre of the venturi when fitted. Ideally within half the radius from each side of center.

6 - Check the Fuel Hole Size.

If the fuel hole size you choose is too different from what your engine needs you may have trouble finding a needle valve setting your engine will like. If the hole is too small you may not be able to get the engine to peak for lack of fuel. If the hole is too big you may not be able to get the engine to peak due to excess fuel.
