Both of these engine are 'Ex Display'. Never seen fuel. No marks on the pistons. Some small marks on the cases. Small oil marks on the instruction sheets due to sitting for a period. Otherwise, as new.
- 1 x Brodak .049 Engine (No Muffler).
- Comes with Venturi and Needle Valve Assembly and Instruction Sheet.
- Can achieve 12,000 to 18,00 rpm depending on prop and fuel used.
- Requires a minimum of 10% and a maximum of 20% nitromethane in the fuel.
- Oil should never be less than 22% of the volume of the fuel. Either all castor oil or a 50-50 mix of castor and synthetic. Never all synthetic.
- Requires an 5*3 to 6*4 Propeller.
- Engine should be flown slightly rich.
The MKII is an AAC design meaning an aluminum piston, an aluminum liner and chrome plate on the liner. It has a die cast case & alloy steel crankshaft.
This .049 is also schnurle ported for more power and better performance.
